Checking ceramic shaft transfer

Prior to transfer of ceramic shafts to a cutting station, the CV vision system checks for overlaid or short pieces. The window displays black and white signals converted from binary data by using the area ratio mode.

Target position confirmation

The CV Series confirms the coordinates of the target position to adjust position of a robotic arm.

Detecting welding failure

The CV Series detects welding failures and missing nuts after spot welding.

Controlling surface level of molten metal

 

 

Pouring molten metal

The CV Series controls the liquid surface of the molten metal using a camera placed near the mouth of the mold. A long distance lens provides a view of the state of the molten metal being added to the mold.
