Machine Vision Technology Area Judgment by Binarization1. Determine the binary level which divides an image into either white or blackEvery picture element can be found in the 256 gradation sequence. By setting the threshold at some part of the gradation sequence, a picture element is categorized into either white or black according to the brightness. This is called binarization and the threshold is called the binary level.
2. Determine the inspection area with the test window
3. Inspection examplesDetection of missing items during packing processBecause the device captures the entire image of the container and allows the user to set multiple test windows on the image, any missing item at any position can be detected.
